Let your talents shine onstage or behind the scenes!

There are many ways to get involved at Quad City Music Guild. Everything we accomplish is done through the work of our dedicated volunteers, who appear onstage, work backstage, and keep our theatre running.  Our Member Patrons and other donors make everything possible.

Strategic Planning Focus Groups

You have an opportunity to help shape the future of the Quad City Music Guild!

The QCMG Board of Directors is collaborating with Wastyn & Associates to develop a strategic plan. As part of this process, Dr. Linda Wastyn will hold a series of focus groups for individuals associated with the organization. Audience members, donors, performers, volunteers..... we want to hear from you!

You are invited to attend one of the following focus groups:

* Wednesday, April 24, 6 PM – 7 PM
*Saturday, April 27, 9 AM – 10 AM
*Thursday, May 2, 5 PM – 6 PM
*Thursday, May 2, 6:30 – 7:30 PM

This is your chance to share your thoughts and ideas about QCMG.  What’s great? What would you like to see change? What is problematic for us as an organization? Where would you like to see QCMG in ten years?

All focus groups will be held in the QCMG lobby. We will provide light snacks. Groups are limited to 25 people on a first-come first-served basis. Each participant may only sign up for one group – we want input from as many people as possible. Additionally, if you know of others who would like to contribute their ideas to our process, please invite them to RSVP. Anyone’s input is welcome!

Everything you share at these focus groups remains strictly confidential. The information shared forms the basis for a report that will inform QCMG’s strategic plan that will, in turn, guide our organization and help us to set priorities moving forward.

QCMG's strategic planning process is generously supported by Quad City Arts Dollars, provided by the Illinois Arts Council Agency Hubbell-Waterman Foundation, and John Deere as well as the Quad Cities Community Foundation Community Impact Endowment.
